The ProForm® Compact Trainer brings together all the features you would want in an elliptical cross trainer and with SpaceSaver™ design, lets you fold away for easy storage when not in use. The Compact Trainer offers 10 levels of resistance intensity, and with 8 programs, gives you great workout variety and allows you to customise your routine. The Blue Backlit console allows you to track speed, time, distance, pulse, calories and resistance, and the built in MP3 amplifier and speakers enables you to listen to your music while you train without the hassle of dangling wires.
