The ProForm GameFit™ bike features a Blue Tint Control Panel which lets you track your pulse along with other key workout statistics, such as speed, time and calories burned. The console also features two classic fitness games to help aide your workout; Fat Blocker and Destroyer, and the EKG? Heart Rate Monitor technology gives you accurate pulse readings while you exercise. 10 programmes are pre-built into the bike, so you can vary the intensity and type of workout.
