The ProForm 280 ZLX features 16 preset programmes, which change the pace, and resistance of the bike allowing you to push yourself. EKG™ Pulse measurement system is built into the handlebars, therefore you can always track your pulse to make sure your in your target training zone. The console features a large blue backlit LCD display which tracks the users speed, time, distance, calories, pulse and resistance. With a 7kg flywheel you can be sure the bike is solid and durable.
