Warranty Information
From the planning stage right through to Customer Care, we at ProForm do everything possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
All Icon ProForm equipment is made to the highest technological and quality standards. It is constructed from materials that are rigorously selected and tested: all Icon products are stable, solid and without structural defects.
Icon Health and Fitness (Icon) warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and only covers the product for private domestic home use.
Note: extended warranty upgrades may apply to your Icon product subject to registering with your local customer service contact within 28 days of purchase. The guarantee form must be fully completed. This allows automatic insertion of the client's details into the Icon guarantee system and the activation of customer service.
Icon Health & Fitness is the first fitness equipment company to have obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification for its design and production systems.
Icon Health & Fitness Italy, France, Germany, UK, are the first European companies in the sector to have obtained UNI EN ISO 9002 quality certification issued by DET NORSKE VERITAS, for sales, repairs and post-sale service of their home fitness equipment.
Notice on Home Delivered Items
Please note that owing to the weight and carton size of Proform and NordicTrack treadmills only a two man delivery service (or one man with special lifting equipment) is recommended. In the event of your newly purchased product being damaged during delivery by a one man service please note this will invalidate your manufacturer's warranty (see Warranty Terms, paragraph 3a).
Icon Health and Fitness' own appointed carriers will always use an appropriate two-man service.
