To get back into shape after the holidays, I start by eliminating accumulated toxins. Then I sculpt my figure with a 30-day cardio-training programme. By adopting simple daily tips, such as staying well hydrated and following a balanced diet, I regain energy quickly and with a smile!

To get back into shape without too much effort, I’ll integrate physical activity in small doses into my daily routine. Then, I’ll step it up with a sport or activity I like: Zumba to let off steam, yoga to become Zen and flexible, and so on. To succeed and persevere over time, I choose fun, personalised objectives that suit me.
