My nutrition guide: What to eat before and after your workout

What should you eat before and after training?

Before training, I prefer low glycemic index carbohydrates, so that I have energy for a long time. I avoid eating too much
fat, sugar and spices and ideally wait two hours between a meal and exercise. After a workout, proteins and healthy fatty
acids help me recover well, and I also rely on antioxidants by including fruit and vegetables in my diet.

Why does mobility decrease with age, and what can be done to maintain it longer?

How can I stay mobile as long as possible?
With age, mobility can decrease. It is a progressive and completely natural phenomenon. To delay the effects of time, I
maintain regular physical activity throughout my life, adapted to my abilities and needs. Yoga, stretching, and muscle-
strengthening exercises are the key to my independence. The good news is that I can start exercising at any age!
